“This was a good win for Gloryhole, it looked like we would blow our defensive chances, but we managed to keep the clean sheet.
There was a pitch invasion at the start from the excited fans. Death or Glory opted for a quick TD. In return their blitzer repeatedly put himself in harms way but we just couldn't bring him down as we tripped up or were beaten down in front of him. But he wanted to hang about and eventually Ultra got him to prevent a TD just before half time.
2nd half we were down to 8 players v 9. Again a blitzer was exposed. Ultra got the ball but tripped up when rushing away. The Orcs got it back. There was some grappling and after the ball went in to the crowd after we blitzed the carrier the ball was thrown back to a Black Orc! But amazingly they tried a handoff to another which failed and we were able to get back to prevent the TD as though they regained the ball we had numbers in front of their carrier. Good effort.”
