“Sometimes, it just isn't in the cards..this was one of those games. At one point, 6 1's in a Row (FA 1rr1, FA 1, FA 1, FA 1, Pick up ball 1rr3)...the rest of the game was not much better (if any)

1st half, I got smacked at the LOS. I couldn't knock them down, and before they even got the ball, I had 4 players out of the game (2 BH, 2 SI). I could have conceded there (and I have done so in the past in similar situations), but I'm trying hard to stop conceding at all. Anyway, after the TD, I had the above string of rolls to block the guys on the LOS. Needless to say, that drive didn't go well at all.

2nd half was not much better--only because there were fewer dwarves to get hurt--and I managed to get a -ST on 63spp CW..with Block/MightBlow/Claw and Guard. Still down over 400 TV for the next game...maybe it won't be against nurgle.

Oh, Jumpstart gets guard.
