“Ouch! Ow! Ack! 3 SIs and a Death (and a BH off a Pitch Invasion). I guess I had it coming. It all started immediately after I mentioned that I wasn't used to having more than 12 players and it was throwing off all my setups. Shows me when to shut up, eh?

Gary played a really good game and it was a lot closer than the final score. Check out the replay (if it works... had to reload partway through) for some really fun turn 8 action. We were both within scoring distance on our final turns of the game. True, my score was waaaaaaay less likely (dodging through tzs to grab the ball and pushing a thrower into handoff range of my awaiting lino for the full length score) but an interception cut that short. Oh well... The GFIs in the blizzard would have done me in anyway.

To anyone who may be looking at this and saying, "Ack! 3 SIs and a RIP! I'm not playing him!", let it be known that a) you are a whiner. Get better. and b) It wasn't so that he was playing for the bash. It was a good clean game and I just got unlucky on injury rolls. It happens.

As it stands, I've got 10 players for my next match, which isn't so bad, and when the 2 SIs come back all I have is a -av on a player who doesn't block much anyway (MA 8, AG 5 lino. Life is good). It could have been worse.
