“Sudden Victory won the coin toss and chose to receive. The ball was kicked short and caught by an Elf Catcher. He would run it back and hand it off to Joseph in the backfield. Pressure from Ugly Fine Mignons came and the Elf Quarterback dropped the ball. He was able to recover the fumble and ran it up the right side of the field. His teammates covered him with the Black Prince, Elbereth leading the charge seriously injuring the Beast of Nurgle, Buggle. This would clear the way all the way into the endzone for Joseph and he would run it in to end the first half.

UFM received in the second half but SV hit them with a BLITZ! Eraldryn ran under the ball and caught it but before more of his teammates could come to help him, Elbereth would run into a brick wall of a Pestigor and end the turn early. The Nurgle forces were able to wrest the ball away from the Elves and gave their foes a taste of their own Elf balling medicine. A hand off and a catch later the ball was suddenly a few feet away from a Nurgle touchdown. Aravan made the save of the game when he sped up the field and blasted the Pestigor ballcarrier in the back of the head knocking it out cold. He would pick up the ball and reverse it to the left side of the field to Amaranth. Amaranth tried a quick pass to Resolute but fumbled the ball. Fortunately the Catcher was able to recover the ball in the next turn and score to put his team in a commanding 2-0 lead late in the second half.

UFM received for the last time but a bad block ended their turn early. SV capitalized on the mistake and stole the ball in the Nurgle backfield. Eraldryn would prove to be too fast and he left his pursuers in the dust as he would score just as the buzzard sounded to end the match.
