“The Badmoon Bad Boyz started hard, pushing the Stinks' Beastman Rurghh out of bounds where he was promptly torn to pieces by the rabid crowd! Despite this, the Boyz found it hard to push deep and it took quite some effort to score their first TD.
However, by then the Stinks had exhausted their special plays and were tired and unable to push through the Boyz defence without making skill errors.
In the second half, the Stinks were rejuvenated and through some Elf like dodging, passing and catching scored their first TD of the match! With little under half of the second period remaining, the Boyz went for and succeed with a Throw Team Mate TD play, with the Goblin Snot running in his first career TD.
With about a third of the final period remaining, the Boyz pushed forward hard in defence, and managed to steal the ball, throw it downfield and run in a 3rd TD just as the final siren blew.
-------------------
An unlucky game for my opponent who only KO'd two players the whole match. The casualty against me was when my Thrower did a one dice block and got a skull/pow and he injured himself! We both had a blitz, a but I did better on mine as my opponent had already used all his rerolls and he was only 3 rolls away from a double skulls after the blitz started.
A fun game nethertheless.”
