1st half was aback and forth, but I couldn't break through. Losing 2 of my guards hurt badly...but I was able to keep them from scoring defensively somehow.
2nd half the Swealtering heat helped me, as it was 9 on 8 players (instead of 10 on 10). Got some good rolls and when they broke into the backfield, I was able to get to the BC and knock the ball out, get it and then march almost the length of the field to score the winning TD on turn 7.
This has been a bad day for my teams though..with my previous game with my Rats suffering 5 casualties (3 RIP and 2 Permanents) in 5 casualties and 2 deaths in 4 cas here..
Fredrock performs well and finally gets the 'mighty' CL/MB/PO combo, while Tristan learns to dodge.
Hired replacement for Keyoke and an extra Hobgoblin.
