In the duel of the two unlikely quarter finalist, this was the Undead's hour. Ugly and Dumb succeeded where our opponents in the Qualifier had failed: They managed to fill the K.O. and Cas boxes steadily as the match advanced. They also did not give us an opening on our drive, forcing us into the dice and for once the dice would not come to our rescue. Thus we failed our attempt to score in 1st half, our aggressive defence in 2nd half did not pay off, and thus it went down. A deserved win for MrNomad who played a strong game and tourney, though with a little more luck at the right times it could have gone our way, too.

I'm still very happy with how far I've come with this completely vanilla Dark Elf team. Nuffle was at my side for sure but I like to think that I didn't play too badly either, most of the time. My first appearance in a main draw, made it to the final 8 with a 4-1 record and kicked out some serious heavyweights in the process. Good thing I decided to give Majors another try! ”
