“The story of the match could have been a pair of Slann blitzes in the first half. On the first Coach Minnar had to burn a reroll to escape a Blitzer and got the pass away to the back up thrower. Then rather than move to protect the ball carrier the elves started throwing two die blocks. Without a reroll available it was no shock when both down results were rolled. From there the slann simply scooped the ball and scored.

All of the elves that had been Ko'ed woke up for the kick off but the slann blitzed again. Again, a great pass was made to protect the ball. The elves made a good move down the field, but the slann star blitzer made a better play and rolled a one die pow to free the ball. The slann would recover the ball and score to end the half.

Unfortunately, the elves basically gave up in he second half. As the elves lay on the pitch, the slann racked up SPP and scored the final TD to end the game.

Thanks for the match Minnar. My only suggestion is to work on ball protection. Protect the ball before you start throwing blocks. Assume that every dice roll will fail instead of being upset when it does. The Blitzes were tough luck, but on the first one I think I over committed and left you a wide opening down the flank with the ball carrier. ”
