got lucky that the elves failed to score twice in the 1st half, and then was able to pry the ball out and eventually secure it for the tying TD on turn 8 of the 2nd half.

1st half a horrible cage by me (well, against anyone else but elves it was relatively secure..but leaping elves are kinda difficult to contain properly) and an inability to knock the ball carrier down lead to them scoring when I received the ball. Almost gave it up again, when I 1) set up a bad cage (again) and then failed the pass. But this time I was able to recover and prevent the score (and if I could only complete a pass, might have been able to score myself)

2nd half, I'm up players luckily. Then I'm able to get the ball when they fail a dodge/leap and a scramble for it results in even more elves off the pitch and my runner with the ball dashing for the EZ. Heck, I even felt up enough players to throw in a few fouls for a change :)
