There were still about 8 elves in the game. The only injury was an early light injury. Sure, the odds were long that the elves would be able to tie it up but the possibility still existed.

So, it came as a complete shock that Burned Ears conceded. Surely some winnings could have helped out their bank account, and an MVP may have brought some skills. The concession was an utter surprise.

Hey coach, thanks for the game, the gold, and the additional MVP. I assume you did not like the stall, but it was the best way to keep the dark elves from evening the match. We had a decent chat so I was surprised by the quick concession.
