“Kondor tipped his cap to coach Wilf and thanked him for the game. With this match in the books, the Flame Jumpers had played every race that dares step on the Blood Bowl pitch.

The game itself was not as Kondor had envisioned. The Flame Jumpers had a krox that could block and their all around star Orko, but otherwise the team was a bunch of scrubs. But Nuffle heavily tipped the scales this day. Limbs seemed to trip every Salta Salta leap or dodge. Despite stellar first half defense including twice that the ball came free, Orko would scoop the ball and score.

The second half continued like the first for Salta Salta. Eventually, Orko would strip the ball from Creepers, then scoop it and score a second time as Salta Salta simply could not dodge free.

The final point summed up the whole match. With time running down, Vabelle solo blitzed and stunned the opposing catcher with the ball bouncing back into her arms. She was free to walk in to end the match.
