“Here we faced Khemri. After some blitzers ran forward Jesiah decided to hand off the ball to the rookie catcher to give him some experience. But the fool dropped the ball. It bounced in front of him where the Khemri could cover it. Disaster. With a blitz and a pickup we could still recover but the blitz was then skulled. The Thro-Ra then picked up and then our next action (a dodge) also failed. It was a poor match then as the Khemri just protected the ball and took it steady while we lost some players quite early too and failed some desperate measures. The catcher was also killed. The apo and fans were disgusted by the catcher's early drop so the apo left him dead. New Khemri scored just before half-time.
Second half we did do a lovely long kick which the Thro-Ra dropped once but it stayed on the pitch, scattering on to the corner. A crowd throw from another drop could have left our players in their half with a scoring chance but the Thro-Ra didn't risk it again for a while. Jesiah saw an equalizing chance but used a rr on a dodge before pushing a skele out of the way, he then needed two dodges, gfis and a pick in one tzone to score. But he fell on the first of those square and was stunned. Our last chance. The Thro-Ra picked it up and steadily took it to the other end to score.
The Plebeians are in disarray these days and really need to step up. ”
