Found it a very tough game, one player was badly hurt straight away and I soon started losing the numbers battle with 5 players on the sidelines by my 4th turn! Even when The Knucker managed to take a Zombie off the pitch, regeneration meant that it made little difference.
The dice felt like they were against me all match, so I did the best I could and managed to score a lucky equaliser. But with time (and numbers) against me, I could not afford to stall and so left enough time for my opponent to get the winning touchdown.
Despite being taken off the pitch in the first turn, Jack O'Kent won the MVP. Personally I would have given it to The Knucker for mauling two Zombies or Gogmagog for tying up Mummies all game.
A difficult game with bad dice, but a fun opponent meant that at least it wasn't a miserable one. Looking forward to a rematch in the future - and hopefully it'll be me that has the lucky dice that day!”
