Our turn, the ref gave a ball to Babbling, ready to be the thrown, but Bully was short and we couldn't free a man from their firm-standing giant Chupete. Neat trick. The cage wasn't bad, but that killer soon took him out, may as well have had a short pass. Note for future, don't give the ball to the green things. I'll put it on the note I always write that on, keep it company.

Big Muscle picked up the ball in the dense ruck, muscling in easily, but fluffed the blitz to get away from all that diving tackle, so close. They worked the ball out for their catcher Pastelito, our Wizard missed him but Bully promptly smashed him off for the day, stumbling when extending himself for the ball. I ask a lot of him, but we do need it to work. They got it back and Bully bullied his way in to try to get a tackle, but it wasn't to be, blitzed down. Score number 2.

A wide kick second half, Bully retrieved and centred it. They built a wall, but what can hold the big lad? Nothing! It was left to a diving tackler to bring him down, but Bully got the knock down, dodged away, pushed, and scored. Love that big Ogre.

Another blodger away with their receive, Bully and Muscle teaming up to knock him over easily. Kibble did well to evade the diving tackles, but couldn't pick the ball up in traffic and that was that, too messy for anyone from there.

Poor Babbling, our last of two original wee green things, got his first injury today despite the efforts of a free Apothecary. I think we'll keep him a little longer for the half time shows, if only we could get him the ball more often! Ha, big lugs, hard enough getting them to do anything at all.”
