The ref handed one of their shorties the ball, and they got on with putting Brutish out in a brutish fashion. Wall of Ogre might have been better, but he's the newb, so it goes. They caged up, fouled off Thug on our first attempt at them, so Muscle muscled up the guts and freed the ball, the others pincered them neatly, Bruiser freeing it again, and Bully in promising position.
The little green things kicked it clear as they were pushed, but Bully couldn't pick up, twice! Come on Bully, the team needs you. They gathered, and we were trapped by their shorties and unable to chase. Disappointing effort. The ref demanded Bomber put on his show for half time, but the tall hats make them immune to all that, so nothing came of it.
They blitzed our take, which confused half our team, Bully unsure of himself despite my desperate cries. The green things covered it, a sure-handed bull grabbing it anyway, and then Bully finally woke and freed it! Ha! The bullying runs he's know for coming to the fore, again and again. A green thing ended up with the ball, another for the pot, and another, the first promptly spilling it. What have I said? Yes, don't let them have the ball. If I could replace the lot of them with one more Ogre .... Down to two, the apothecary working to save Bruiser, no time for old Babbling, they eventually scored. Bully can't do it alone.
Though, he had to try again. Bully alone holding back half their team, the wear and tear eventually showing and he'll miss the next game. It's a hard life in the heavyweights, even when the real heavyweights face shorties in big hats. Good luck to them, we appreciate such a well aged pot.”
