1st half I was 6 players off the pitch by turn 3, and 8 by the time they scored. 5 were KO's though, and all 5 recovered, while his KO didn't, so we weren't too uneven for the turn 8 KO. A riot gave me 2 turns to score, and still having all my catchers available helped me score quickly (though I needed to catch the ball in a TZ, 3 dodges (one into a TZ) and a gfi to score..
2nd half, I was able to score again, quickly putting us up 2-1. They scored back, still taking my players off the pitch at an alarming rate--mostly Casualties in the 2nd half though. I couldn't hardly knock them down on the few blocks I did get, getting pushes at best, while his blocks consistently rolled POWs. I had the ball deep in his territory late after he tied it up, but my catcher was KO'd and he was able to get the ball in from deep in his territory in 2 turns. Having only 3 players on the pitch made it hard for me to defend that..though if I had made 2 dodges and 2 gfi's (failed the 1st dodge) I had a chance at a 1db on the BC :)
Don't know if I'm keeping Elvin or not.. Block/dodge, but ag 2 now. (apothed failed..would have killed him). Curly dies on a dodge late in the game.
Bought 3 linemen replacements. Fired a niggled rookie catcher (no real need for 4 catchers on the team I think--they aren't GR's )
oh, and Kenny gets Fend.
