“Was coming in doing some light conversation about some TV show. My opponent immediately jumped at me and called me immature. He asked me about my age and I truthfully responded. I let it go and focused on the game instead and talked about that. He continued to make condescending remarks about my maturity. I asked if I had insulted him in some way that would justify this sort of behavior towards me. Now my opponent started to get really aggressive, he insisted that I had lied about my age and by doing so had been rude to him.
I shrugged it off and continued to play the game as normal.
My opponent then proceeded to imply I was trying to manipulate him in some improper way with the way I was talking in order for him to make mistakes until he finally suggested that me speaking at all to him (possibly breathing) was the insult and that I was some sort of jerk for not knowing automatically that he took offense in this. It was obvious that he had some insecurity issues regarding the game so I tried not to provoke him further by talking to him. As an advice I can only say it would be really nice amongst adults if you could try to overcome your complexions and just behave like a normal human being, try to approach other people like you are not the only person in the room and extent a minimum of respect to others. And avoid accusing somebody of malpractice or misconduct unless that person gives you some actual reason. It's just a game man, nobody cares how well you do.
