“This match sure was a crowd-pleaser. The 31.000 roaring fans got their money's worth of Blood Bowl, and the game started with some thrown rocks and Freke Firehair causing the first fatal casualty of the game. No wonder there was a riot on the second half.
There were several of touchdowns and loads of blood and gore on the field. Despite the fact that the Norsemen practically dyed the field red with elven blood, the pointy-eared brave Leafs boys stood their ground, managed to score one impressive quickie touchdown and fought to the bitter end. Their brave effort was not enough to keep them from losing, but at least they stopped the 'bolts from scoring a third TD, even though they were outrageously outnumbered due to the heavy casualties they had suffered.
Freke Firehair and Frode the Fearless would like to express their condoleances for Gaelali Avel and Ber Kor. I've sent some flowers to the widows, along with season tickets to upcoming Firebolts games.
Excellent opposition from the Leafs, especially considering the heavy casualties. Good luck with the recovery, I'm sure the Leafs will bounce up quickly to return to the fields of blood, gore and fierce play.”
