“SLITHERPOOL FINISH 2ND LEG OF CUP IN DOMINANT FASSION TO KEEP FINAL HOPES ALIVE

Slitherpool dominated Corpsatron Rex with a 4-1 victory and keep their slim final hopes alive. Slitherpool got things started off be getting the ball to LUCKY and he was able to run quickly to the endzone after some ferocious blocking by the Saurus front line. Later in the half Slitherpool would use a blitz to take the ball again and this time BENCHY picked up the ball and ran for a second score in the half.

Slitherpool would roll on to score twice more in the second half and this time LUCKY would complete the hat trick running in two more scores. Slitherpool also racked up three casualties in the game. ACE SMASHFACE, TRIPLE ROUNDHOUSE, and FIST FULL O'PAIN all putting some unknowing undead in the hurt locker. This game was a revenge game for Slitherpool's worst loss of the season when they fell to Corpsatron Rex 3-1 in the first leg.

This was by far Slitherpool's finest performance of the season when both their good plays and luck was totally on their side. However, Slitherpool will need even more luck to make it to the final, they will need Corpsatron Rex to lose to Honor is all we know and need the Ironbeard Clansmen to drop a decision to Rotting Hot Mess. In the event that both these results fall don't happen then they will have to settle for the Bronze match.
