The took the ball, and Aching Bits went over and took it back. Not for long though. Then Creaky Knee was strait in between their big Guardians and wrestled it free. Unfortunately, Paininthe Neck couldn't get over to help cover and came off for the day. They took some cheap casualties, then scattered the ball into the crowd, and Pained Back went over to fetch it, couldn't pick up either, nor the next time, and then finally they picked up, passed long, and were away.

Surprising to see a passing game from this sort, but even we try sometimes. :)

Anyway, they killed Pained Back before he could go over to stop the rot, top buy that, been a few games. They left us the half time show, but it wasn't to be, Stunned Again couldn't even pick up.

A pitch invasion on our receive made the deep kick a bit tricky, Cracked Ribs was down for a bit, as was Leif. Pressure on, Cracked ducked through and got the ball all the way to Stunned Again, who went over and ... out for the day.

They picked up near the side, and Cracked Ribs went over and tried the push out, but that wasn't to be either. Soon enough they scored again with sales rushing out the door, unfortunately most to the crowd and flying accidents and none of them make us any profit at all.

A bit of time, Luckier Break went over the top, landed a tricky one, but then stumbled just short. Fortunately, they couldn't pick it up and gave him another shot, which he took. Well done lad, good stickatitiveness. Persistence, even. The crowd rioted for more, and got it, but not much happened with our lot already headed back to the dug out.

Poor sales, really, but it's funeral time and that means pie. The best pie. Funeral pie. What a way to go. What a trooper. What great pie. We eat in his honour, it is glorious.
