“The Prospectors managed to get a quick start and blitzed the opponent before they could react. Their new runner was unable to pick up the ball even though he assured the Prospectors he was good with his hands. The early blocks by the miners didn't seem to break the thin hide armour of the Norse linemen but still the out played the Norse to score the first TD of the game. The Norse had several good throws which managed to get through and the Prospectors had never come up against a throw before, but even so they managed to hit the ball carrier several times preventing the equalizer at the end of the half.

In the second half the Dwarf might won over and the armour of the Norse could not hold up any longer. 4 Badly Hurt and multiple Knocked Out the Cold-Hearts could not stop the advancing dwarves. Late in the game the dwarves tried out a throw themselves which didn't go to plan. Maybe next time after a bit of practice they will be able to do some good pass plays, who knows?
