“All Rotters vs All Zombie

An incredible game – the Pitiful defended in the first half and with some fortuitous fouling rolls managed to whittle the Zombies down to a manageable mini-hoard, their screams on BRAINS! barely audible over the squelching sounds of putrefying flesh impacting decaying corpses.

After a few mis-throws the Gromskull Rune wielding debutant ‘Tatty-tat’ proved himself the Rotter of the match with incredibly accurate bomb tossing which prevented the Recruiters from scoring and produced an opportunity for a break away score in the final turn, but the Rotter with the ball sprinting for the line lost his foot.. literally, at the ankle, and the opportunity was squandered.

Second half saw ‘Tatty-tat’ dominate the game with a sequence of accurate 6+ or higher throws one of which gained the team their first opposition fatality. But some artful dodging and blitzing from the Zombies once again prevented the Pitifuls from scoring and closed the game out 0-0.

A truly heroic game as one would expect when two of the most OP rosters in the whole of Blood Bowl face off. Re-match anytime! (As long as Tatty-tat can keep his runic bombs)
