“Elfball! How I hate it. How I hate hate hate hate hate it. Moreso with me fielding nothing but walking beards! We could hope to just lay the whompings down, but it was not to be when they kept out of reach of stubby dwarf legs. Plus, my opponent is way out of my league.
Nuffle had a barrel of laughs the first half, with the ball bouncing and being caught by dwarves and bulls everywhere. Pushing too hard (remember kids, GFIs are for losers) allowed for a potential one die block but it didn't work out and the score remained 0-0.
In the second half they ran right over us. Doubleskulls. Doubleskulls everywhere. Elves. Elves everywhere. Elves and their Elfball. It hurts us and our precious, yes it does. They ran away on turn 14, I finally manage NOT to roll a result that sucks on the blitz, but I still lose, because Wardancer and Blodge. Elves win 1-0.
I -probably- could have pulled out a score if the dice were kinder. We both had our fair share of dice straight out of Nurgle's rear end.
Finally, word to the wise, don't play the game while at work, like my opponent was doing. I forced a turnover first turn of the second half because he was working.”
