“NCBB S22 FBC Conference Play Week 5 (game 8)

Karak manages to pull out a win after the bye week, getting some relief from Their 3-game losing streak in Conference play.

1st half, the Techies could not stop the Monarchs from scoring, but put enough pressure on to make encourage them to score quickly, this gave the Dwarves of Karak enough time for Junior to march down the field and score on turn 8. Thompson extends his completion streak to 16 games in a row, getting 2 passes in this drive. Old Dominion also suffered 2 casualties and a KO who did not recover for the 2nd half.

2nd Half, Thompson decided to take the ball in himself this time--for the 1st time this season he manages to get in for the TD. The Monarchs applied just enough pressure to force the score in turn 7, giving them 2 turns to score the tying TD, but a failed dodge mid-way through turn 8 doomed their attempt.

No new skills for Karak after the game. We end our 3rd season with a new high in wins..going 3/1/4 (previous best was 2/3/4 in our 1st season (season 20)
