I feared it would turn into a massacre - which it did - but it was Chaos who bore the blunt of the damage! Everything started when the monster Minotaur was seriously injured by our star wardancer in the opening turn. And it wouldn't stop there! A monster Chaos Warrior was fouled to death with a double RIP (bad apoth!) and still more casualties and ko's would follow.
Having this unexpected success in the blocking war, the rest of the game was easy. Scoring isn't the issue for wood elves. We managed to score in the first half when receiving and stole the ball with the help of the wizard in the second half for the 2-0 final score.
A pity that the tree went down in turn 7 of the second half. I feel we will miss him in the final!
