“I should have won this really. After stealing the ball, with the khemri way over committed and an easy stall available, I got cocky and scored early. Nuffle slapped me down for it. First, after enduring several casualties, the one turn touchdown is thwarted by not just a blitz but a hideous kick which a blitz ra catches. The 2nd half is played with just a handful of players, but the annoyingly fast gutter runner manages to escape the clutches of the khemri until T7, leaving 2 turns for the reply. My turn for a blitz, but all I can do is drop the fast gutter runner under the ball, which it catches. It gets hurt and a thro ra has no issues getting the ball up field - although a loner linerat dodges like a gutter runner to bring it down, but a blitz ra calmly mops it up for the equalizer.

Fun game, but a first half stall makes it much easier for me! It also reinforced the need to get Subdolus block as its next skill, assuming nothing crazy like a stat.”
