“ The Order of the Snow King 2-1 Winter Sammakko

The start of a new season and The Order began their campaign in the Frozen Sea Conference against the alien frogs known as Winter Sammakko.
With a cunning kick right to the sideline and a "perfect D" on the kick-off the frogs immediately applied the pressure.
The chaos dwarf armour had not been upgraded since the previous season and continued to crack frequently. As a result the ball was quickly stripped free and would have been recovered by the frogs but for a crucial mechanical meltdown by the mecha-Krox. On the very last turn of the half one of the bull centaurs scooped up the ball from the turf and trotted in for the score and a skill.

Five of the Order were taken down before the second half even began as irate fans stormed the pitch making a frog equaliser a formality.
After the resulting kick-off an early cas and another key malfunction by the mecha-Krox gave The Order hope of a winner. The frogs defended hard and repeatedly got blocks on the ball, but Thorleif refused to go down and finally made it across the line for the deciding score.

Nuffle played a major role in the victory which saw two dwarves, a hobgob and a bull centaur all skill up. The Order marches on.
