“Well, this was Morkai's first game on FUMBBL so I made a new team just to show him the ropes. Little did we suspect that I'd manage to snag every ball and make every play. The ropes, indeed.
Morkai has a good grasp of how the client works and remembered the basic from a older (3rd) edition. By the end of the match, it looked like things were coming back to him.
All in all, for a first match, he really didn't do nearly as poorly as the score indicates. Just remember to read the LRB and figure out what your odds are... a lot of those turns were over too quickly. That and try to keep in mind the movement (particularly) of the players... your blitzes were a little too short a few times.
On the other hand, you had a very good grasp of assists (which took me forever when I was learning) and that last drive in particular was looking like a good setup.
If anyone else is reading this and wants to help out a new guy but doesn't have all day to play one incredibly slow game, Play Morkai! He plays his turns incredibly quickly and you can help him get up to speed without donating 3 hours of community service.”
