“A game of fists and boots, fought between stubborn foes who would give no ground.
In the first half the Heroes were still drunk from the mead hall and failed utterly to form a pocket, hold the line, or play anything resembling Blood Bowl. The Orcs swarmed over them with ease and despite a late burst of bold play from Nimble, the Heroes could not prevent a touchdown.
The second half the Heroes had sobered up and took the fight to the greenskins. The Howling and the Hunger did good work on the flanks and harried the Orc ball carrier like dogs coralling a sheep, setting up the sack. The ball bounced into Norse hands and a quick handoff saw Nimble race away for the equaliser.
In the final moments of the game Nimble showed unexpected savagery when he tore the head from a mighty orc blitzer! We salute the brave greenskin on his journey to Valhalla.”
