#14 Oxygen (VIII) – Dead (RIP)
Rats again, second game in a row. Can the LOC bring home the cheese? Almost. But ultimately no.

As usual, the blocks fly thick and fast. Fezglitch is deployed turn 1 and rerolls a skull into a skull. Bye bye you ball and chain maniac.

Rats keep hold of the ball, despite a fair bit of pressure, and manage to run it home turn 6. To celebrate having more than the usual one turn to attempt a score, the LOC celebrate a bit to hard and go a bit stupid after quaffing the celebratory drinks. Terrible positioning after LOS blocks leads to rats slipping through on the top and bottom. Curses! However, the gutter runner fails the gfi to blitz the snotling ball carrier who is overcome with relief and fluffs the handoff. 1-0 halftime.

Reset for the 8 turn grind and the lack of stupidity has been replaced by an inability to cause anything other than stuns. The ogres cage like the champs they are and slowly march down the field. But being unsure of direction, they run into a bit of trouble and leave Niels just short of the endzone with only 1 snotling for support and he is duly marked. Double both down on the blitz free leaves the ball dangerously unguarded and a double 1 on the gutter runner's dodge free leaves the ogres time to clear house and a failed snotling pick up scatters the ball back into Niels' hands. End of turn 7. 5 squares from the endzone. You know what's gonna happen. Coach caiusyan manages to mark up Niels very well (including a dodging rat ogre) such that Niels needs to blitz free and perform a dodge to freedom. The pressure is on him. How does he react? Bonehead. Bah.

Bonehead failure count: 9/79 = 1/8.7
Ongoing failure count: 88/540 = 1/6.1
