Elves win the blocking game in the 1st half and hold on to win it in the 2nd half
1st half the Raiders fail to knock down elves on about 1/2 of their blocks, while the elves did not fail to knock a player down on all 22 blocks they did this game. Couldn't stop them either, as all dodges worked and I think they might have had one failed roll the whole game. Curly is fouled out of the game on turn 1 (the ref caught that one foul..loner vs 3 skill mino), while War'n fouls 10 times and gets one KO for it, and maybe 4 stuns--but the ref didn't notice. Anyway, 2 elves are off the pitch for the 2nd half, 1 thrown out, one KO'd. 3 Raiders are off (3 hurt), but still, we are at 11 players to their 9.
2nd half, the Bowlers suffer their 1st failed roll of the game when Dipslar fails to catch a long bomb on turn 1. Campbell makes him pay for it with the killing blow! From there, the elves finally started to leave the pitch, but I could not stop them scoring again. With 9 on 5 now, I was able to score a consolation TD, and almost cleared the pitch (only one elf, stunned after a foul on turn 8, left on the pitch).
Brazil gets Mighty Blow. War'n gets the MVP for his ability to avoid the ref's eye...by lightly kicking 10 players in the shin..instead of hard kicks to the head :)
Apparently there is a badge, "My Ref" for avoiding the Ref 8+ times in a game...War'

Meanwhile, Moot-Dawg did what Moot-Dawg does. 2 completions for 21 yards and a stare down with a ST5 Bag of Bull named White.
The triumvirate of the legendary V$, Big Bitch and team captain, Bo... managed to frustrate and outmaneuver the stumpy, hapless legs of the Raiders. Though we were extremely impressed with the 10 fouls from War'n. If at first you don't succeed... ;)
