#16 David Akers – Fractured Skull (-AV)
Yes a very hard game there!

We had the Chance to tie the Game late but we tried to get it again.
A bit more Luck in last 3 Turns ... it was close!

Grats to Patriots and take Care of your 3rd Pick Lamarcus Joyner ;-)

#5 Lamarcus Joyner – Fractured Skull (-AV)
#14 Chris Harper – Dead (RIP)
Very interesting and tense game. The 1st half was according to game plan, but needed to pay full attention in spite of the obvious advantage.
The second half the Sluggers retaliated, injured Joyner, and elected to score with 4-5 turns to go. This was a clear gamble on their side. We barely managed to score, needed all resource available, fully abandoning the bash game, and relied on the receivers (for the first time). Sluggers were very close to stopping us, and reasonably close to get the ball and win, but at the end Amendola was clutch, and delivered.
On to...(no, not Cincinatti)
...the bye week!
