We had to call on the old medicine woman early to save Buliwyf from a BH, and we didn't regret it. But Ahmed's cries of pain drew attention to his position and the enemy got revenge on Edgtho for taking out Jack Hedioushammer. Halga the Wise got some measure of revenge against Golf by slowing him down a notch. We will most likely let Edgtho retire as we drink to Hyglak tonight. A solid victory, but costly to the northmen. As so many are.
Epilogue: In all the chaos (pun intended) of dealing with the injured and dead, we nearly lost sight of the fact that Weath the Musician became a Legend (my first Norse legend) and skilled up with another +AG. I'm thinking very seriously about using the potion on him....
