On a foul, dark and swampy night here the Champions of Death set out to finish the job they'd started against the Reikland Reavers the week before. Tomolandry the Undying showed no trick was too foul for him in this one!

Carting out the "newly-signed" Hans Von Broken to face down his former team-mates was just the beginning, as it soon emerged that not only had the Champions coach poisoned the opposition's star player, but he would have no hesitation to call down fires from the sky in attempts to prevent the score.

But his foul powers didn't stop there!

Despite going 1-0 down with two turns to go, the Champions of Death somehow put together a hurry-up offence that, quite frankly, was offensive to anyone in a Reikland uniform, tieing the score at 1-1 and forcing the game into overtime. Foul sorcery afoot!

And in the end, the great necromancer's powers were the shining light for his team, even under a blitz! offense from Reikland, and in pouring rain, made their superior numbers (courtesy of feeling no pain) count, and managed to win the game outright as most spectators were beginning to count on penalties!

An epic tussle, a momentous end to the season, and who could have predicted it?
