Before the game we were in tip top shape! Our Ogre just returned from 'Missing a game' along with both our Blitzers. We had to fire/hire a player or two but we were looking good.
That all changed very quickly!.. 4-5 turns into the game and half our team was off the pitch (no joke). We lost a fair ammount of players during this game, we were saving our apo mainly for our prized player - our thrower who had luckily rolled a +MA and a +AG as 1st 2 skills. Luckily he was sent off by the REF for fouling late in the game when things were dire... however we forgot this... red on;
A Gutter 'Shifty' was surfed and got a injury from the crowd. Our apo decided a -ma wasnt good enough, so he killed him instead. (I'd have saved him considering he was going to skill but my brain rolled a 1 and some reason I decided death was a better fate for him)
We made some great passes and we managed 2 TD's... nothing compared to the 6 our oppponant made however! Finishing the game with a massive 43 SPP compared to our 16!...
