My record vs. Azure until now was 1-1-12, with the lone victory in a RRRumble where I managed to play well and get decent dice. The rest of the time is usually a combo of me playing poorly, being well out-played, and getting crap dice.

Today, the elves we forced to receive and made an error while attempting a silly touchdown, letting Chaos grind out a solid and basically uncontested 8 turn TD, the elves losing the MA10 dancer in the process. (Now MA9 at MA10 prices)

But second half saw me get the luck I have always desired against this coach, and my 10 players opened with a BLITZ, and managed to come out with the ball and a TD after a few scrappy turns, which included a nice double PoW on a -2d Block when needed. (The strip ball would have been good enough as well, given the amazing bounce.)

With his sure-handed beast in the BH Box, a sidelines kick left the oppertunity to AG5-Leap-Strip again, and the resulting out of bounds bounce led to a great "+1 FAME throw in" that the MA9 catcher recoverd deep in the proper end of the field. An unskilled beast only wasted Azure's final re-roll while trying to catch the catcher.

His 2 turn equalizer was immediatly shat upon by Nuffle with a SKULLZ block to start his drive.

I'm sure in the previous 14 games there have been times that I have had much better dice than him and managed to piss them away, and I'm just over the moon that I didn't do that this time.
