In half 2 we kicked off the ball deeply in their half and rushed in with our players to cause nervosity. This plan failed as their Vampires were as brute as they have been in half 1 while we again threw mostly sissy punches. However our tactics showed somewhat outcome as they threw a 3+ pass at 3+ catch around turn 4. The catch failed and we picked up the ball in the subsequent turn. We were down by 2-3 players at that time with all their Vampires still fit and on duty.
The post match analysis explained to the viewers that Dominik made two major mistakes in the next two tuns which led to the break even.
1.) Allowing a 2db with three 2+ dice rolls instead of doing our own three 2+ dice rolls to go out of distance.
2.) Picking up wit our Wrestle Beastman but handing off at high risk to our Strength 4 Beastman. That was not logical at all since a 2 dice block was possible against whoever was the ball carrier. We furthermore exposed our ball carrier instead of covering him a bit by the St4 Beastman.
However our great fighting spirit brought us the final victory, when we used the remaining two turns to score the second touchdown. All it took was a handoff, a 3+3+ Blitz, a 4+ Dodge, a 3+ Dodge, three Go For Its and a pass at 4+ with a catch at 3+. The probability of success with the use of team re-roll was 18%.
That's the moral of it: Always try and from time to time you become rewarded.
Thank you skinnydookie for this challenging game. You inspired me to develop at least one Mighty Blow Piling On Vampire in my own team.”
