In terms of my actual ability to play the game, I am enormously encouraged by the fact that in this match I received the ball twice and on both occasions was able to hang onto the ball (pretty much) and run it down the pitch without doing anything too stupid/outrageous with it. Not the most spectacular win but a very hopeful result.”
