“The 3rd time in 4 games in which the Mercs had to struggle deep into the game to claim a victory. For the second time in the Grotty Little Tournament, they took the game into Overtime.

But boy was this one brutal.

Cpomb induced a wizard, and used it expertly on turn one to steal the ball and score a TD after a long fight over the ball. The Mercs however, took several arms and legs to give up that TD.

In the second half, the Mercs kicked off with a 9 on 11 advantage, that ended in 11 on 6 after an 8 turn struggle to tie the match.

Overtime was incredibly one sided as the Mercs eliminated 5 more Warp Crystal junkies, and even took a foul before scoring the game winning TD, in an attempt to clear the pitch.
