Ye olde Red Wolves won ye coin toss and opted to receive. This was a great plan as we were able to stall out for 8 turns and inflict a lot of harm. Sadly, nuffle intervened with a Riot and even though we got a shot on ye undeserving ball-carrier with Tackle we couldn't bring him down. He dodged out of a bajillion tackle zones and scored. Ye olde Red Wolves were not looking forward to ye 2nd half but at least we got Armando back from the KO box. Sadly, he didn't last too long in ye 2nd half but at least he got rid of Tailian de Guzma. Ye Red Wolves were hitting with a vengence, but ye sneaky little rats got through our defenses and took down BWP on a 1-die blitz with no Tackle and no reroll. Then Lloyd Sam and Ian Christianson came to ye olde rescue; Lloyd took down the Wrestling GR and Ian picked up ye ball and heaved it to Kyle Reynish. Ye Furry got another 1 die POW but couldn't get ye olde ball. Kyle took down ye cheeky rat and recovered his own loose ball. After that, we were able to get a cage and all ye Furry could do was roll 1s on leaps and dodges into the cage. Our fouls took a turn for ye worse with not even an armor break and ye stingy ref sending everyone off. Ye Furry wisely stayed down after this and Kyle scored ye winning TD. Ian came close to Larson but couldn't get an INT and ye MVP went to Kyle. Either of them deserved it.
