“Oh what a game, having seen defeat snatched from the jaws of victory in their last outing (write up is on here somewhere - help me find it?) Happenstance and Circumstance where sure to not make the same mistakes and make amends?

Well the elves were quick out of the block, their tea obviously infusing them with some sort of power as they KO'd the humans left right and centre, in stark contrast to the human efforts which fuelled by some lame ass coffee saw them push the elves around a bit whilst lil'bear literally stood around waiting for the caffeine to ignite a brain cell or two. Harry failed two of his passes and in each case the elves pounced and scored counter attacking td's with ease, their positional play on protecting the ball carrier being excellent.

Around halfway through the 2nd half the caffeine in the halftime tea took hold and in short order the humans caused a serious injury a badly hurt and death in a matter of turns, more important Harry got his game and threw a pass enabling Awesome Sauce to run in a simple TD but it was all too little too late and once again Happenstance and Circumstance were left scuppered by their late start in the game.”
