After the initial kick-off, the Badgers managed to bypass the line of scrimmage and swarm the orcish ball-carrier. They stole the ball and stalled for several turns while the orcs set about rearranging the elves' spinal columns.
In the 2nd half, up 1-0, the woodies did their best to run the ball down the sidelines for a quick score, but after a failed block by their star wardancer, Thistle, things took a turn for the worse and the orcs seized the pigskin. Coach Gozer realized he had to stop the enemy from scoring at all costs, so he ordered his men to sacrifice their bodies and stop the orcs' advance. It was a war of attrition, with only a few elves left on the pitch when all was said and done, but they held the foul greenskins back. The Badgers won't have much time to nurse their wounds, however, before facing another team of killers.”
