Coach can setup 2d blocks etc fine, but is probably far too enthusiastic in engaging in blocking - quite frequently rolling blockdice (2d & 1D) without a reroll to spare when the ball is either still not secured or the ballcarrier not screened.
Ball protection certainly an issue to be looked at - as is pacing a drive: running the catcher forward is a good foil to stretch a defence, but is best done when he doesn't have the ball.
Fouling needs to be done with more care - it is rarely profitable to foul when already down men, and certainly not wise to foul mid-turn.
Watch out for sidelines! Most opponents will try to shepherd you towards them and then exploit either superior strength or positioning (they were prepared for you going there after all) to execute surf plays. If you have the superior player-skills and strength, it is usually wiser to attempt a central drive with a scoring option or two drifting wide to keep the defence honest.
Can't really comment on D as coach was left down three men after failed offensive drive, and given one of them was an ogre, struggled. Would suggest though that leaving the ogre on his lonesome in midfield and dropping the rest back to screen and attempt to pick off the odd attacker may have been more profitable than joining the ogre in the midfield scrum.
“Excellent learning session and fabulous game remarks!
You must write reviews professionally, 'cause this one is outstanding and true.
I will review the replays and strive to improve.
I honestly feel that this feedback and supportive suggestions during games is worth much more than the price of admission!
Thank you!”
