- Medusa Mouldface is killed in the opening turn of the match! Who was she? we're not sure - she was just some rotter that showed up to practice the morning of the match.
- Despite not knowing who she was, the rotters take their revenge seriously injuring (-av) Al Savings on an innocent looking foul and killing Reigh O'Parade on a clean hit from Rotten Ralph. Welcome Reigh O'Parade, you'll fit in well around here as rotters are a sad and sometimes soggy bunch.
-scores are exchanged and the rotters are up 2-1 despite a lightning bolt hampering their last drive. This signals a change in weather and down comes the rain which makes a mess of the pitch. On their final turn, the rotters throw an interception which is converted by coach NerdFrog for the tie.
