“The team awoke at the morning, still tense because of the upcoming match against the Rotten Skeletors. We arrived to the stadium in good time to warm up before the match, no one knew how it all was going to end.

Fortunately we won the coin toss, and thus got to start the attack. Everything went fine and we pushed trough the opponents defences and almost to the goal line, but this is where it got all mixed up. The Rotten Skeletors linemen surrounded the small convoy of the catcher, who was transporting the ball. And soon they had taken the ball from our unlucky men, and hurried for our own goal line. We didn't have enough time to stop them so they scored almost at the end of the firt period.

The second kick began almost as the one before, but this time they had one less player on the field, and this cost them much. Again we ran trough the enemy, but this time they didn't get their men in time to stop Jerem Ballblock from making a touchdown, at the very last minute of the game.

The second period started pretty good, though the Rotten Skeletors Coach had selected a very odd offense. Almost all of their players were back in the field! this was very lucky for us, with our fast linemen we soon had pinned the Rotten Skeletors men at the upper corner of their field. Suddenly their player went for a breaktrough but was soon tackled by our players, and soon after that our Catcher Feslin Freefoot scored another touchdown for our team. We could hear the croud cheering, this is what we came for here today!

The second kickoff came when almost half of the second period had been played, but this time Rotten Skeletors men came hard against us, they really wanted to win! We managed to hold them somewhat but at the very last minute their lineman broke trough and desperately tried to score. He ran trough our defences but tripped and fell just before the goal line, we took the ball and held it for the last minutes. As the bells rang the crowd went wild, others cheering and others throwing rocks and garbage. We will just tell you this, no matter what the odds, Southwood Rumblers will not budge an inch, we came here to win!
