“NWFL season 14 week 2

This is turning into a good rivalry match between these two teams. Some how, the Zhar Naggarund defense holds, despite getting pounded pretty hard by Victo.

1st half after hiring a new mino (probably not the best idea), Campbell tries to bust through the Power Racing line for a quick(ish) score--trying to use up the bribe and get the Toaster off the pitch for at least the 2nd half. Unfortunately, he was not up to his usual self today and fell deep in Victo's half. This inspired the Power Racers and soon, 3 (no, 4) Raiders were off the pitch (1 dead (apoth), 2 BH, one KO)..but some very timely rolls near the end of the half kept the score tied up.

2nd half Boomer makes an appearance, but is relatively unimpressive (the two bombs he did throw he fumbled). But The Toaster continued to tie up way too many players--even when we got the upper hand, it was not to be brought down (even getting White BH late in the half). Still, some inspired play by Campbell managed to get the ball loose and he intended to pass the ball--but found yet another blade of grass to trip over. Victo had one more chance, slim, but was not able to pick up the ball.

no new skills..heck, only 5 SPP's from the 'inspired' play of Munchak.
