The goblins had quite some sponsors and were seen with money bags around the referee, probably one of the reasons why no fans turned up for them.
While the kickoff going to the entertainers, the orcs were able to hold the line of scrimmage for quite some time. This was mainly due to the trolls entertaining the crowd instead of trying to play the game.
After some fouls and pushes, the goblins delved deep into orcish territory, but were boxed in. Thanks to a good application of the pogo stick, Yolo! was able to score, but this left the orcs four turns to score.
Entering the pitch again after a quick break, the trolls swayed already; the victory celebrations seemed to have been a bit early and a bit too hard. In only one round both left the field not feeling too well, one not at all. Without any support of their big brethren, the goblins were not able to hold off a score and went on to the second half with only 10 players, quickly diminishing.
The second part was rather boring to watch for the crowd, with the orcs trodding over the field and the goblins trying to get out of the way. Somewhere along the way Uncle Steve got choked by a chain around his neck (he kept swinging it until it stuck there), and Kobe exploded, but nevertheless a rather uneventful drive.
The Dorcs are going strong this season with the Darkside Emperors as their next opponent.”
