“See previous notes on inherent unreliability of the 'just bash' strategy, and against largely AV8 teams it can be even less rewarding. Still, the boys kind of got their act together towards the end of the match, although their ball-handling skills were very erratic (not that it really matters). A bit unusual to uncover a nest of crazed elves who didn't just run away and try to score all the time, and losing Gub stung a bit. Still, the pleasures of a deep bench: all in all a fairly reasonable result. ”
