Buddy's defense took the field, took the ball away from the lil' dwarves and Seth Joyner scored a very quick TD.
Next the defense took the field again, but the Grudgebearers just managed to score in the nick of time to make it 1-1 as the clock ticked down to half time.... But not fast enough.... Grugni's fans stormed the field KO 4 Eagles and niggling Eric Allen!!! The apoth had already saved Clyde Simmons from near death prior to the blood shed.
The second half saw the Eagles field only 10 players who struggled to move the ball past mid-field. Mike Quick dropped a pass... and then fumbled a handoff. Both teams nearly scored but lady luck wanted to see OVERTIME!!!!
So the Eagles received the kick and Jim McMahon passed the ball to Seth Joyner who later passed it to Calvin Williams in the end zone for the game winning TD!!!!
