That we didn't score a single TD was just bad luck - Thalestris almost would have managed her first one in turn 7/8 of the first round, snatching the ball out of a tackle zone deep inside the enemy half and running as fast as she could. Sadly, she slipped the ball on the very last step to the drop zone.

Our extensive throw and catch traininig of the last few days begins to shine through as Euryleia managed a long pass over 6 of the Lizardmen, which was savely caught by Ainippe. In the middle of the second half we were down to 6 players after extensive blockings and interceptions on both sides - which were just a little too few to maintain any sort of control over the game. The last turn of the match was somekind of dejavu from the end of the first half, again snatching the ball from an unlucky slipped Lizardman. Sadly at that point all of use were too exhausted to run those last few steps to the Dropzone.”
